Magic Eyeland is a zine featuring autostereograms - optical illusions where a 3D image is hidden within a repeating 2D pattern, seen by allowing your eyes to focus behind the graphic.
Each issue features 12 original autostereogram images. These were created using depth map paintings by Angela Halstead, included on the last page.
Magic Eyeland: Birds of Mutiny Bay is the first issue of Magic Eyeland, and includes autostereograms of 12 different birds that can be found around Whidbey Island in Washington state.
